This Privacy Policy explains how AnswerPoint Medical Systems, a division of The AnswerPoint LLC ("AnswerPoint," "we," "us," or "our"), collects and uses information when you visit the QuikClaims website or submit a request for early access. It covers the information you give us through this site — not protected health information processed inside the QuikClaims application, which is governed separately (see "Protected health information" below).
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting and email delivery), under contracts that require them to protect it, and when required by law.
The early-access form is for business contact information only. Please do not submit any patient information through it. Protected health information (PHI) handled within the QuikClaims application is governed by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between your organization and AnswerPoint, and by HIPAA — not by this website policy.
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to serve the pages. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.
We keep early-access information for as long as needed to contact you about the Service and to maintain our records, and we delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing glenn.mcgregor@answerpoint.com. Every email we send about the trial will also let you opt out.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
